Kimpton Maa Lai might be worth considering. They have family suites and two bed suites as well as two bed residences. IHG brand. Closer to Phloen Chit than Sukhmvit. Dont think they have a terrace but they do have a good pool and nice gardens. Best way to book would be if you call the hotels to arrange a stay for 10 rooms or use a travel advisor to do all the work for you.
