Not sure you realize (or if this is even an issue), but there is construction ongoing next to the WA. Centre Pointe is constructing a new high rise in front of the Grande Centre Pointe hotel/serviced apartments on Ratchadamri where the Peninsula Plaza mall use to stand. I’m assuming the WA may have closed off rooms on the noisy side of the building, but when I stayed at a serviced apartment last year in the same building as the WA, the pool was not useable due to the construction noise.
