How close to takeoff of the 1st leg of a BAH, can the first flight be moved? (to the next day in my case)
E.g. could it be moved up to 45 mins / 1 hour before takeoff?
Would it be the Duty Office in this case? Or do they only deal with the package, once the first flight has taken off?
The BAH in question contains 4 flights in total.
Luckily there is a multi day gap after the first leg.

In our recent experience 35 minutes before takeoff of the first flight when it suddenly got delayed by 3 hours which would have caused us a missed connection on our second leg.
But caution in that we had priority access to a BA phone agent who were able to change the flight reservation, select seats, check us into the next flight, and then get BAH to issue updated tickets to us in 10 minutes.
