It's already confirmed that WN and DL are moving into the first completed section of the new terminal. I haven't heard if any of the airlines currently using the western concourse of T1 will also be moving over, as well, or somewhere into T2. And when they start work on the second phase, some gates in T2E might not be operable due to the adjacent construction. So, it makes sense that AA would take over DL's gates in T2W. It would either be them, or AS.
