In 2016, Executive Chef Lalita Souksamlane redefined Osha Thai’s culinary experience with the launch of Lao Table by Osha Thai. In the previous location of Osha Thai on 2nd Street in the financial district, Lao Table introduces an entirely new concept; Combining traditional Thai and Laotian food for the ultimate fusion experience.

Showcasing cuisine native to her home region of Northeast Thailand / Laos, Chef Lalita introduced Lao Table to give diners a more personal experience into her upbringing with the cuisine her father cooked for her as a child.
