I don't imagine that there will be much shuffling around until phase 2 of the redesign is complete? They are only building 19 gates to start which basically will replace the old terminal 1, then tear down the old terminal and build 11 more according to the plans, so it would be probably before that work is completed if things stay on the current schedule.
