Nothing special. Salad and app served on the tray (but look how enormous the prawns are!) and then they just come around with the entree and put the bowl onto your existing tray. It’s not actually coursed out as you would expect in a restaurant; and this is on a 15 hour flight. I normally don’t care in the air and most of the time just opt for express dining but wanted to try out the courses offering since it’s been so long.

Dessert still served via the cart, but menu was wrong. Menu said cinnamon crumb cake and they just had the standard salted caramel cheesecake (not complaining though as it’s fantastic!). Everything else was accurate.

Garlic bread (of course) was well seasoned on both sides, ended up getting seconds. Short rib was decent, not the best I’ve had; not the worst.

Service has been excellent on this flight so far: pajamas offered, proactive champagne refills, timely meal service, responsive to requests. Will report further once the pre-arrival meal happens.
