Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest using free weekend night certificate. Received upgrade to 9th (top floor), but basically just looking at a higher floor of the building across the road.

How are the rooms?

The rooms were a reasonable size. An unusual window to the bathroom which can be made opaque.

How is the exec. lounge?

We enjoyed the lounge. Minz56 did a recent review summarizing things.
Mrs. Kiwi enjoyed the smoked salmon eggs benedict for breakfast and the mocktails in the evening.


What was good and what was bad?

Good location in the CBD very close to the harbour and for walking to Te Papa and to the Beehive.
All staff were helpful and friendly.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?[
Felt good value using the free weekend night certificate and lounge pass..

Would stay there again if needed a hotel in the CBD.
