Yes, good ideas, thanks, but we’re only about 11 days out. There was a time earlier today (in the U.K.) when the site wouldn’t work generally, but I tried again later and the outcome was the same.
I’ll give it another try tomorrow on a different device.
If I can’t get it to work and I don’t get anything helpful from the support line, I’ll go to the ticket office to collect the pass (with a list of preferred bookings) and take it from there.
