Chase executive office issued a "courtesy credit" for a screw up, read a huge 1099 disclosure and REFUSES to tell me the value of the points. Does anyone know what they value points at that are not referral bonuses? Still .01?

BTW, rudest rep I've ever talked to and this guy is in the executive office. Told me to go call the number on the back of my card as if front-line CS reps know the answer to that question.
