Thanks for offering to connect me with the hotel, but when I was there I asked for help and they basically just gave up. They know of the many issues there and simply said that there was nothing they would do.
I even asked to speak with a Manager and "She was busy" I asked to just talk to her later and she never followed up.
The hotel has a prime location near the train station, but since they are regularly busy, they don't need to worry about keeping standards up, or working for business travelers. I let the hotel know a few times that I would like some help on an issue and they didn't bother to reach out to me.
If I get a survey by email, I will fill it out, but I wanted others to know that the concerns about the property are ongoing and not good.
It is 2024 and having internet at dial-up speeds for that price-point is a joke.
