Been a Bluebird account holder for years. Never had a problem with them until last week. Linked a new debit card to my account. They put 2 diff amounts on hold from that debit card then allowed me to transfer money from it for 6 days. Logged in to transfer money and it tells me they're experiencing technical difficulties try again later. Closed the app, removed cookies and cleaned cache. Tried logging back in and it told me I had forgotten my username and/or password. I call them to find out what's going on and find out it's locked due to the card THEY allowed to be linked. Wow! Are you linking a legitimate debit card to your account or a gift card?
If it is the former, then make sure it is functional. If the latter, try to delete it if you still have ‘technical difficulties’ and refrain from repeating that mistake again.
If you continue to have issues, make certain you can load cash to your account. If you can’t then you really have problems.
