I also use Concur (via FCM) and got similar UA and DL rates but AA was $435. My company also throws Spirit ($244) and WN ($255) so the fare violation triggers but it's always for a flight that's outside the time I need and am able to book. I have to be more crafty on some routes though where Spirit, Allegiant or Frontier rates are also shown some for ridiculous prices (non stop to ORD AA $433 but Spirit $87).
