Thank you for the welcome and reply. My parents will be in the old Club World business class. I saw the layout where if I put them both in the middle, so they can be together. With this layout, I read they have to basically hop over someone if they need to get out to use restroom.
For the seats price difference, are the seats any different for the middle seats in Row 14, 13 and 10? If there is not any difference in seats, I would rather book them the cheaper of the 3 in Row 14 middle seats. Just was wondering if the more expensive seats had extra legroom or something else special along with it

I think they just charge more for seats closer to the front, as the poster above said, if you can get them the last row then they can get out without stepping over someone, but as they are bassinet seats you won't be able to reserve in advance. I'm 5ft 6 and pretty fit and it isn't always easy climbing out over someone when they're sleeping - you've got to get up and over the footrest, which is the width of the seat, if your parents have mobility issues they may struggle.
