- How are the rooms? Ok, but I hate the separate small toilet in a closet that appears to be de rigour in Novotels

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Bar

Bad: Reception, no greeting, tried to double charge breakfast, messed up pre authorisation for incidentals causing embarrassment and inconvenience; £5 charge for boiled/poached/omlette....only fried eggs on buffet

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? N//A

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? voucher on room card

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Location very practical location, if needs must, will return
