I have a somewhat similar issue. I made an award booking on VA on DEL-LHR. Now I am a Skyteam Gold Elite through Kenya Airways, but I am not sure how to avail those benefits on this travel as there was no option to out in my Asante rewards number on the booking. Is there any way to make that happen ?
