Hi, I'll be connecting through ORD with 11 hours layover. I'll have to clear security, get my back and recheck in. However, the check in counter for international flight is not going to open until 4 hrs pre-departure. Am I able to store my luggage at the airport (assuming there's a storage facility) and access lounges with my electronic boarding pass to wait for the check in counter to open? Would I get into trouble going through custom or security again if I'm to go back out and check in, bag drop and reenter? Your help is highly appreciated.
