It is better in that (a) not limited and (b) if you did have an issue, it isn't going to affect your premiums on your insurance

Only reason I could see you wanting to cancel is if you are using codes that you are not entitled to use, thereby making the insurance invalid if you were to get in an accident, hence wanting to use credit card insurance. If this is the case, please only use codes you are authorized to use.
If using a rate that you are not entitled to, I think you may well find that this may will give the insurance company the ability to decline the claim
