Put in my transfer to P2 almost 48 hours ago as a biz reward member. No fee. Got the confirmation email.

No transfer occurred yet. Called in and no one has any record of it. I already had to talk to 3 agents and they’re all confused and claim I still need to pay $5 per 1k or transfer me to a biz rewards line that doesn’t seem to exist.

Will have to wait the full 72 hours that the site claimed. Next time will definitely be doing this in advance to avoid delays and not being able to lock in the rate I want
