...True, I did not check my seat assignments, however the change made by AA was only 2 days ago!

Also, please note, there are no PAX in our seats, they are simply blocked! If our flight weren't tomorrow, I would pursue this further, just to see how the system works.

As you see by my FlyerTalk name, I am an Ex Gate Agent for a large Southeastern based Airline (duh, guess who) but I NEVER had this situation arise at the gate, and that was back before it was necessary to check in at Landside before going thru security. Sure I am not happy about this situation, and I will probably have to live with it and sit at the very back of the bus. The Conditions of Carriage apply.

But AA will have to give me a darn good excuse why my seats were changed for no reason whatsoever. I am not as mad as I am curious (as a former Gate Agent) as to what in heck is going on here..........
