Did you claim for the Mennens refund [this] Details in the wiki. By all means give more details as to what exactly you have claimed, but I suspect Mennens on a relatively short distance flight will not be very generous, I often suggest simply asking for a customer service gesture in lieu of going down the EC261 route.
