Question Best Extra Comfort seat for long haul? (HNL-NRT)

Hi everyone! I'll be flying HNL-NRT on Hawaiian Airlines in 2 weeks on an Airbus A330 and I'm currently seated in 11J, a bulkhead window seat in Economy Plus. Did I make the right choice?

Pros for 11J: more privacy, window seat, hopefully won't need to bother my neighbor when I need to use the restroom
Cons: I'm 5'2" and my legs will dangle awkwardly and my back will hurt if I can't have my bag or some sort of foot rest in front of me

I was chatting with an HA agent using their online chat system, and she said the inflatable foot rests aren't allowed at all, and I originally booked this seat thinking I'd bring one with me. Does anyone know if I would be able to use my backpack after takeoff and use it as a footrest? Or would it be better to move to a seat like 12C or 15C (aisle seats in a 2-4-2 config) to be able to use one of those foot hammock things? I've used a backpack as a footrest in an Emergency Exit row on a long-haul with no issues on United, but HA seems like they might be sticklers for "the rules."

I want to make sure I can get the best sleep I can on this flight to Japan, so I appreciate any/all guidance anyone has! Thank you so much!

(And sorry, I was hoping to attach a screenshot of the available seats to help y'all see what my options are, but I'm new to this forum and am not allowed to post photos yet!)
