Ugh I had to do this when my flight came in this past Feb... JFK-MNL which btw turned out not to be direct but a technical stop at LAX then to MNL I got the email about a day or two and I had to rebook my CEB flight I ended up getting to MNL and transferring to the check in counter with almost a little under an hour left.. I was so scared since I never been to that terminal and lucky for me my Fiance helped me along.. And good thing I ended up picking the option for food onboard the CEB flight since we didn't even have time to eat it was that close.
