Yes, if your flight is on time then that is plenty of time. Without stopping, it takes about 20-25 minutes to walk depending on the arrival gate, so that gives an hour of time for customs and baggage claim. I don't know your immigration/passport situation, so I don't know how long it will take, but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for immigration (I haven't checked a bag though, so I can't say for sure the wait).

The two stations are right next to each other, just with some roads separating them. One is the S-Bahn (city/metro) train station, and the other is the mainline train (inter city) train station. Flughafen fernbf is the second one (mainline trains) and is located slightly further away - you will need to go up and across a bridge over the roadway to get to it, it is reasonably well signposted.
