2 hours should be enough time, provided there are no significant delays...Frankfurt Airport has two railway stations: the Regional Train Station (Regionalbahnhof) located in Terminal 1 and the Long-Distance Train Station (Fernbahnhof). Since you're arriving at Terminal 1, you're already in the right terminal for the Regional Train Station, but your train to Berlin will likely depart from the Fernbahnhof, which serves long-distance and intercity trains. The Fernbahnhof is about a 10-15 minute walk from Terminal 1. The signs in the airport are quite clear, so you should be able to find your way fairly easily.
