The submission format was intended only if this was to be a MASTER THREAD of its own, rather than just adding the info to each hotel's WIKI. I was thinking it would work something like the Lounge MASTER THREAD. FlyerTalkers could post to the thread using the suggested format and a thread manager could use that data to update the comprehensive lists (one for US and one for International), which would be the first posts in the MASTER THREAD. This would be the more difficult option in terms of labor, but it would have the advantage of putting all of the options for a given city together, making it easier to compare. Here's how it might look on the list:

Just adding the information to the WIKI for each hotel would be much easier to manage, but FlyerTalkers would have to look up each hotel individually in order to make the comparison. In addition, it could get a bit messy if there were lots of entries and responsibility for housekeeping were diffuse.
