Is it because JAL use Sabre instead of Amadeus (That BA use)?
If someone can figure out how to get the Sabre PNR when all you have is the Amadeus one and the e-Ticket I would be very grateful.
Once you can get that underlying PNR it should work fine on JALs website (they are both 6 letter number combos so they look very similar).
