what happens if I need to cancel my flight for any reason? Will I be able to use the credit through DL or will I have to contact Amex to make my future bookings?
I know that when booking through Concur I can use the credit directly with DL which is why I’m asking
I just cancelled a trip (booked via AMEX Global Business Travel d/b/a Egencia) and everything is fine - credit showing on Delta as unused ticket.
I got a nastygram from Egencia/AMEX telling me my flights had changed.
