Did the outlet show a red or green light, or no light at all? And did other outlets show green light?

I've had some max flights on which apparently the pilot or flight attendants forgot to turn the power on until partway through the flight (not sure who is responsible for doing so). Then the outlets have no light until they're activated.

In the past six or eight months, I've had a good handful of flights with dead power at my seat, but it has been a mix of max/ng/airbus. Several generous ETC to show for it too.
