Canceling DL flight booked through Amex travel
I’m considering to book an international DL flight through Amex travel. Reason is it’s $200 cheaper likely due to their international travel benefit in premium cabins.
what happens if I need to cancel my flight for any reason? Will I be able to use the credit through DL or will I have to contact Amex to make my future bookings?
I know that when booking through Concur I can use the credit directly with DL which is why I’m asking
