I had an All + Voyager, which I have just let expire so that I can merge with a previous Accor Plus membership. I am still having trouble. The guy I am chatting with is saying that because my account (where all my rewards/status/bookings etc.) is associated with an EXPIRED All + Voyager, that I can't merge with Accor Plus. I've asked if I can just PURCHASE Accor Plus onto my All account. He said NO. I asked why - he said "It's associated with an expired All+ Voyager.

This doesn't seem correct to me. How do I contact Accor Plus to actually get a membership? (Obs, I don't want to loose my points/status/bookings)
