I think people on here have a one way view of this, ie getting WoH members to book at MMS.
Hyatt will only recoup its £53 million if it converts regular MMS customers to active WoH members across all its brands (MMS is good for the romantic short break market but offers little to its base outside that). I would expect generous offers to get Smith members to try WoH.
