I have flown Nok Air business class, and a TG 747 in Y has much more legroom than Nok Plus. The seat pitch seems to be same on DD/TG on the 734s in both classes, C seats are just wider.

The best value to Phuket is Orient Thai Airlines - 1350 in Y and 600 Baht more gets you a business class seat on the upper deck of a good old classic B747-100/200. OX266/267 operate with 747 equipment.
