There are separated Male and Female rest areas towards the far end of the Emerald Lounge. They have 'Z' style bed-seats. (I think you may be able to get blankets/pillows at reception, but am not sure.)
You will need eye mask and ear plugs as there are often noises coming from the other side of the thin walls - there may be a kitchen area or store room adjacent to the rest areas.
These aren't "beds" by any means. They're uncomfortable and can feel very warm due to the unbreathable PVC material. And the sleeping area location is far from ideal, near the constantly opening and closing (slamming!) toilet doors of the J lounge.
