Misconnected in houston today bc a maint issue on my first flight. So impressed to land with a voicemail from the IAH GS team and a phone call as we taxied in. Nice to see that level of attention and planning. Couldn’t fix the issue and I’ll be 3+ hrs late, but nice to know someone had a plan
