I just had my one first Mr. & Mrs. Smith property booked through Hyatt take 100% of the total stay as deposit while the conditions clearly state it is 50%.

Sent an email to my Hyatt concierge and hope they can sort it out for me, so far no response but that was overnight. As an aside, the double charges came through as “Hyatt Mr And Mrs Smi Richmond”.
