Last week LHR-ATL. For those wanting a change from the short rib, the chicken dish was hot and well executed although I would call it more of a gravy than a “jus”. Came with collards y’all and a small spoonful of stuffing giving it a Thanksgiving vibe and I was digging it! Salad and appetizer were fresh and chilled, the soup hot and tasty, and I loved the dessert. All in all excellent attentive D1 service during our afternoon flight, especially that warm cookie!
