You won't be able to MMB online or in the app due to the manual intervention on the ticket by the call centre. I had something similar recently (had to chop one leg off a flight booking) where I had to ring up and subsequently in the app & online my booking is 'bricked'. Rang back and they confirmed the ticket was all good and changes made, but doing so voids the ability to see anything in the app.
