Zero chance UA will elevate any Hawaii routes to Polaris - there's no competitive need to. The best anyone could hope for is UC access granted for Hawaii flights long-haul F (eg routes where UA would sell PremPlus if a/c so equipped, incl DEN). UA isn't going from no lounge access to Polaris Lounge access when the UC option is obvious (and cheaper) upgrade.
