AA IT sucks for this.

I also have a suffix... and despite AA's site having a suffix box, I instead have to do this:
First Name Box = FirstName
Last Name Box = LastName Jr
Suffix Box = blank

If I don't do this, everything breaks for int'l OLCI, TSA PRE, etc.
