I would pick middle of pack (Row 3-6) and window seat.
Closer to front of rear of cabin can have galley noise, lots of activity in galley areas.
Mini cabin will have more traffic than front cabin. A shorter cabin as well so harder to escape galley and PE disturbances.
Good ear plugs, zen music if needed and great eye shade.
