Looked on the forum and didn't find anyone who has done it.
Why would you want to decline LDW? It would be better than credit card insurance. Only reason I could see you wanting to cancel is if you are using codes that you are not entitled to use, thereby making the insurance invalid if you were to get in an accident, hence wanting to use credit card insurance. If this is the case, please only use codes you are authorized to use.
