hope you’re well. I know traditionally suite upgrades for Plats were not possible at RC properties however now that the NUAs are useable at them, has anyone successfully as a Plat gotten a Suite at a RC? Am planning to stay at the RC in Kyoto but may decide to change to the Mitsui
Just got denied a suite upgrade at the RC in Kyoto, but they did upgrade us to a Grand Kamogawa (which is still pretty nice). It’s golden week now, so that had something to do with it. Service was excellent.
