BOG Airport does not have an airside transit hotel, nor an onsite airport hotel at the terminal. There are several very inexpensive hotel options in and around the airport grounds (and with shuttle to/from the terminal). I have done this many times. The AV Lounge does not have beds, or resting areas. It is a standard but basic lounge. If you choose to stay airside (international) you will only have chairs to rest on for the day.
