I've got an Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB) Skywards infinite Visa card. One of the attractions of the card is that as well as automatically being Skywards Silver, and earning skywards miles on purchases, you also get tier miles from credit card use, at roughly 1 tier mile per 4 skywards miles.
I've recently reached Skywards Gold, having accumulated 50k tier miles, and the EIB tier miles have stopped showing up! Does anybody know if these two things are related? Or is it some sort of glitch or change in process and just a coincidence?

The tier miles used to credit roughly every week but haven't credited for nearly a month (since just before I reached Gold). There is a line in the Credit Card T&Cs about only being awarded 50k tier miles in connection with this offer, which I assumed meant being awarded a maximum of 50k tier miles from the credit card, not that once you reach 50k miles total, they stop. Only about half of my miles have come from the credit card (including the introductory offer) - about half have come from travelling.
If there are no more tier miles coming from the credit card then I won't be able to use it to requalify for gold, and that seriously diminishes its value to me.
