Good to know. In ordinary times I would have planned on hopping on BART, but the last thing I want to do now is get on public transportation, sadly. The best PC collection we have ever seen in in Phoenix. So for this trip a basic comfortable car will have to do. Hertz filing for bankruptcy can't be making this any better. Sad because I do like renting from them (given that even though I am not a big time renter, they keep elevating my status ).



Thanks for advice about mid-size; I have had that thought before since I usually rent those and always seem to get a better car. In different times when I needed to be downtown I may have just gone and looked around on Mason street. No need to go downtown now and am trying not to go anywhere I can't drive my own car or walk!
