Was absolute chaos last night. Flew down from Newcastle, and the bags took longer to get out than the flight took!. Talking to one chap, who'd arrived from Edinburgh, who said his golfing friends had had to go home without their golf clubs. When we walked through from Carousel 2 to 4, where our bags finally turned up after an hour, there must have been 30 sets of clubs in a heap just after the door. Not the fault of BA, but how can these faults keep happening at their home airport?.
