Connecting International traffic = all non-hubs.
DEN PL is not going to happen for the foreseeable future.
Geography (and intl flight volume) doesn’t work for it.
SFO/LAX (west), IAH (south), EWR/IAD (east), ORD (combo) are the PL gateways.
