The hotel cancelled our unrefundable reservation without any comments.
Mind you that I read 10 days ago on reddit that they are cancelling reservations. So I wrote to the hotel, and they assured me that the booking is still valid. Now they suddendly cancelled it few days before our check-in.
Now we are flying in from Europe without a hotel.
No communication. No apologies. No compensation.
And that as a Platinum memeber. Extremely disappointed by the hotel and bonvoy program here.
