Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?

Yes- booked on points so no great expectations

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?

Booked cheapest and received an upgrade to a higher floor and what I would regard the side with a better view.

How are the rooms?

Nothing spectacular but for one night - fine.

How is the exec. lounge?

A smallish lounge with two sought after tables with a better, but still restricted view of waterfront. Reasonable choice of snacks and drinks. One strange thing was with the cheese plate it said crackers available on request.
Breakfast was in the main restaurant downstairs.

What was good and what was bad?

Received an early check-in as a platinum member. Which was very much appreciated after the flight from YVR. The room card was already made out. Reception said they early check in all the diamond/platinum members.
A good location for what we wanted to do. Further back from the waterfront that the other IHG hotels.
With the early check-in and late 2pm check out our parking was for more than 24hrs. But their validation covered that okay for the usual overnight charge.
Staff always helpful.



Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
I thought good value for the points use when able to use the lounge pass. I would use the hotel again if I wanted to be in that part of the CBD.
